Each year, over a million children are exploited in the global commercial sex trade. The U.S. Department of State Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons has released a fact sheet detailing the efforts of the U.S. government along with governments, NGOs and businesses across the globe to combat child sex tourism.
