Economic and Social Empowerment of Returned Victims of Trafficking, funded through the Government of Japan and the UN Human Security Fund, will operate as a sister project to ILO-TICW. The project is expected to begin late spring-early summer 2006. Ms. Thetis Mangahas will act as Chief Technical Advisor of this project, as well as the ILO-IPEC Mekong Project to Combat Trafficking in Women and children.
