Legal Support for Children and Women (LSCW) would like to announce the commencement of a new pilot project supported by UNDP/ UNIAP to assist Cambodian migrant workers in Klong Yai District, Trad province, Thailand. The project base is in Koh Kong with frequent visits to Klong Yai district in Trad province, Thailand (which borders Koh Kong). The aim of the project is to support Cambodian migrants with particular focus on women and children and those in crisis. The project includes establishing a mobile team and volunteer support network, a needs analysis and regular updated information on the situation of Cambodian migrant workers as well as services to assist those in crisis in cooperation with agencies both in Cambodia and Thailand.
