The nongovernmental organization - Acting for Women in Distressing Situations (AFESIP), - drafted a version of a Law on the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children specifically created for the Kingdom of Cambodia. Feasibility of implementation and enforcement without deviating from the necessary protections for children was a major goal in its drafting.
The British Embassy to Cambodia has supported this effort.
