Presently SABORAS receives funding primarily from the Interchurch Organization for Development Cooperation (ICCO) of the Netherlands and from the Food Security Initiative Fund (FSIF), and in the past from United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Food Program (WFP), His Royal Majesty Norodom Sihanouk, and other private donors.
