Activities

The purpose of Triad Ladder of Hope Ministry is to provide a Christian context, in which women trapped in modern day slavery and local women in need, are liberated, given HOPE, safety, security and freedom. Triad Ladder of Hope is a ministry in which women are equipped for life, employment, and self-sufficiency, within a mission’s context wherein women help women.

Our goal is to inform and train the public, and organizations who serve the public, about the fast growing crime of Human Trafficking and Slavery, and its effects on women and children. Triad Ladder of Hope will be working with police departments and federal agencies in helping rescue women and children trapped in slavery. Our aim is to work toward empowering women rescued from slavery to become self-sufficient, feeling valued and loved. Offering safe housing, legal, medical, trauma counseling, individualized needs, language and social skills, job training and other needs a victim of trafficking and slavery might have. Each woman will be matched to a mentor to walk beside her and help her. Our goal is to partner with churches, business’, non governmental and governmental agencies, and civic organizations to make a difference in the lives of women in North Carolina who have been victimized by slavery and women in our area who are in need.

Triad Ladder of Hope Ministry, a faith based non governmental, non profit organization, is a nationally certified site of the Christian Women’s Job Corps and Registered with the Health and Human Services Rescue and Restore Campaign for Human Trafficking
