San Diego Youth & Community Services (SDYCS) administers the Baja California-San Diego for Freedom From Exploitation (B-SAFFE) Project. We provide victim services to trafficked children from age 12 to 17. The Project is funded through the Office of Refugee Resettlement of the Department of Health and Human Services. The B-SAFFE scope of work consists of the following three components:

  • Comprehensive victim services
  • Training to law enforcement and non-government organizations
  • Outreach to the community

SDYCS is also a part of the ACTION Network - a comprehensive community response to ending the prostitution of children in San Diego.
