MiraMed, a nonprofit organization with Special Consultative Status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council, provides programs of social protection, education, training and self-sufficiency for displaced and orphaned children in Russia and coalition-building, education and training for the prevention of trafficking of girls and young women in Russia since 1991.
