Activities

The Ophidian Research Institute/Ophidian Films Ltd. are a documentary film production company and non-profit research institute. It is currently conducting a sentinel survey project to track trafficking and labor movements in northern Thailand and research projects with UNESCO in the Upper Mekong Region.

Ophidian Films Ltd. Produced “TRADING WOMEN”, written and directed by David A. Feingold, produced by Dean Slotar & David A. Feingold, and narrated by Angelina Jolie. The film investigates the trade in minority girls and women out of Burma, Yunnan and Laos into Thailand.
