Activities

MRLC is a non-profit association of the legal communities of Cambodia, Lao P.D.R., Thailand and Vietnam established to promote the rule of law, encourage sustainable socio-economic development and facilitate the process of legal development within the countries of the Region.

The MRLC is a member of the Thai Sub-Committee on Combating Transnational Trafficking in Children and Women, and is a member of the UN Working Group on Trafficking in Women and Children in the Mekong Sub-region. This working group helps provide technical support and advice in the management of the U.N. Inter-Agency Project on 'Trafficking in Women and Children in the Mekong Sub-region'.
