Activities

The Ministry of Immigration and Population, in cooperation with other government authorities, has instituted anti-trafficking measures along the porous borders with China, India, Lao PDR and Thailand.

Women between the ages of 16 and 25 years are not allowed to cross the border unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
