The Care Foundation Indonesia / Yayasan Peduli Anak Negeri (YPAN) was founded to address the problem of child and gender exploitation in Indonesia, one of the root causes of trafficking.
The organization is committed to keeping children in school, and preventing them from working at an early age by offering free education.
The organization is also committed to finding work for women in order to prevent them from leaving Indonesia, and possibly be trafficked.
The Community Development Programme by YPAN focuses on human rights, local governance, pluralism, access to justice, capacity building for community programs.
The Care Foundation Indonesia also has an Education Care Program which believes in education for all Indonesian children. The organization believes in teaching information technology, so that all Indonesians have the same economic opportunities.
