Activities

Responds to any report on trafficking in persons (especially migrant workers), incorporating investigative findings through PJTKI (Indonesian Workers Placement Service), an affiliate of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration. The Directorate of the Supervision of Workers' Protection has the authority to issue warning to the employment agency, and if the agency does not respond to the warning, the Department may impose sanctions by withdrawing the agency's license.
