Crimes Legislation Amendment Act (Act No. 141 of 2002)

This amendment enables government law enforcement officials to subject people smugglers who knew that their victims were destined for involuntary sexual servitude and bonded labor to penalties equivalent to those outlined in the Slavery and Sexual Servitude Act of 1999.
