Crimes (Child Sex Tourism) Amendment Act 1994
Act No.105 of 1994, which introduces a new "Part IIIA - Child Sex Tourism" into the Crimes Act and created offenses covering a broad range of sexual activities with children under the age of 16 committed overseas.
