CHAPTER XVIII: Crimes Against Personal Liberty

Art 328: Whosoever takes away a person from his/her residence or his/her temporary residence in order to put him/her unlawfully under his/her authority or another person's authority, or to cause a suffer to that person, is liable to for kidnapping with a penal of a maximum of twelve-year imprisonment.

Art 330: (1) Whosoever by intention menarik somebody who is immature from the legal custody of another person, or from the custody of a person having the relevant official competence, is liable to a penal of a maximum of seven-year imprisonment.
(2) If in such offense has a deceit, violence or threat of violence been used, or if the child was below twelve years of age, therefore a penal of a maximum of nine-year imprisonment is applicable.

Art 331: Whosoever by intention hides a person who is immature who was ditarik or menarik diri from a legal custody to whom he/she was put, or from pengawasan of an authorized person, or by intention menariknya from an investigation of the judicial authority or the police, is liable to a penal of a maximum of four-year imprisonment, or if the child is below twelve years of age, to a penal of a maximum of seven-year imprisonment.
