Women's Caucus of the Asian Studies Association of Australia & The University of Technology, Sydney will host the eighth conference Women in Asia. This conference is held every two years.

The theme of this year's conference is "Shadow Lines," which concerns the movement across borders, borders that may be understood in many different ways and in many different contexts.
