The goals of the seminar are the following:

• To improve the juridical framework for the prevention and sanction of human trafficking, and the protection of victims;
• To promote the creation and practice of comprehensive legislation to protect and assist victims of trafficking, as well as to prevent and sanction this crime in the 32 national entities of Mexico.
