The African Tourism Organization (ATO) Sub-Saharan Inter Agency Network Against Trafficking in Human Beings and Illegal Migration, in Observance of United Nations Day, will be holding a seminar on 27 September 2006 at The World Bank in Washington, DC in order to tackle human trafficking and illegal migration as a development issue in Commonwealth and Francophone African countries.
