Home Affairs Department
The Home Affairs Bureau and Home Affairs Department are working to facilitate the early and smooth integration of ethnic minorities and new arrivals from Mainland China into the community in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Police
Law enforcement officials received specialized training on handling and protecting victims and vulnerable witnesses, including victims of trafficking.

Immigration Department
The Immigration Department's website strongly  warns employers against employing illegal immigrants.  It is the responsibility of the employer to check the identification cards of his/her employees.  If in doubt employers are advised to contact 2824 1551.

Security Bureau
The Principal Assistant Secretary for Security is the policy-level Hong Kong governmental official responsible for combating trafficking in persons.

Social Welfare Department
The Social Welfare Department is responsible for coordinating Hong Kong's social services, which include services to victims of trafficking.
